the thin ears swallowed up the seven rank and full ears. And Pharaoh
awoke, and, behold, it was a dream.
- [snd] /ænd/ /ðə/ /θɪn/ /ɪrz/ /ˈswɑloʊd/ /ʌp/ /ðə/ /ˈsev(ə)n/ /ræŋk/ /ænd/ /fʊl/ /ɪrz/ /ænd/ /fɛərɔʊ/ /əˈwoʊk/ /ænd/ /bɪˈhoʊld/ /ɪt/ /wɑz/ /eɪ/ /drim/

it came to pass in the morning that his spirit was troubled; and he
sent and called for all the magicians of Egypt, and all the wise men
thereof: and Pharaoh told them his dream; but there was none that could
interpret them unto Pharaoh.
- [snd] /ænd/ /ɪt/ /keɪm/ /tu/ /pæs/ /ɪn/ /ðə/ /ˈmɔrnɪŋ/ /ðæt/ /hɪz/ /ˈspɪrɪt/ /wɑz/ /ˈtrʌb(ə)ld/ /ænd/ /heɪ/ /sent/ /ænd/ /kɔld/ /fɔr/ /ɔl/ /ðə/ /məˈdʒɪʃ(ə)nz/ /əv/ /'i:dʒipt/ /ænd/ /ɔl/ /ðə/ /waɪz/ /men/ /ðerˈɔv/ /ænd/ /fɛərɔʊ/ /toʊld/ /ðem/ /hɪz/ /drim/ /bʌt/ /ðer/ /wɑz/ /nʌn/ /ðæt/ /kʊd/ /ɪnˈtɜrprət/ /ðem/ /ˈʌntu/ /fɛərɔʊ/
- [jnd] And

it came to pass in the
morning that his spirit was troubled; and he sent and called for all

- [asv] Then
spake the chief butler unto Pharaoh, saying, I do remember my faults
this day:

- [jnd] Then
spoke the chief of the cup-bearers to Pharaoh, saying, I remember mine
offences this day.
- [kjv] Then
spake the chief butler unto Pharaoh, saying, I do remember my faults
this day:
- [asv] Pharaoh
was wroth with his servants, and put me in ward in the house of the
captain of the guard, me and the chief baker:
- [snd] /fɛərɔʊ/ /wɑz/ /ræwθ/ /wɪð/ /hɪz/ /ˈsɜrvənts/ /ænd/ /put/ /mi/ /ɪn/ /wɔrd/ /ɪn/ /ðə/ /haʊs/ /əv/ /ði/ /ˈkæptɪn/ /əv/ /ðə/ /ɡɑrd/ /mi/ /ænd/ /ði/ /tʃif/ /ˈbeɪkər/

house, me and the chief of the bakers.
- [kjv] Pharaoh
was wroth with his servants, and put me in ward in the captain of the
guard's house, both me and the chief baker:
- 41:11 [cbgb] 我們二人同夜各作一夢、各夢都有講解。
- [asv] and
we dreamed a dream in one night, I and he; we dreamed each man
according to the interpretation of his dream.
- [snd] /ænd/ /wi/ /drimd/ /eɪ/ /drim/ /ɪn/ /wʌn/ /naɪt/ /aɪ/ /ænd/ /heɪ/ /wi/ /drimd/ /itʃ/ /mæn/ /əˈkɔrdɪŋ/ /tu/ /ði/ /ɪnˌtɜrprəˈteɪʃ(ə)n/ /əv/ /hɪz/ /drim/
- [jnd] And
we dreamed a dream in one night, I and he; we dreamed each according to
the interpretation of his dream.
- [kjv] And
we dreamed a dream in one night, I and he; we dreamed each man
according to the interpretation of his dream.
- [asv] And
there was with us there a young man, a Hebrew, servant to the captain
of the guard; and we told him, and he interpreted to us our dreams; to
each man according to his dream he did interpret.
- [snd] /ænd/ /ðer/ /wɑz/ /wɪð/ /ʌs/ /ðer/ /eɪ/ /jʌŋ/ /mæn/ /eɪ/ /'hi:bru:/ /ˈsɜrvənt/ /tu/ /ði/ /ˈkæptɪn/ /əv/ /ðə/ /ɡɑrd/ /ænd/ /wi/ /toʊld/ /hɪm/ /ænd/ /heɪ/ /ɪnˈtɜrprətId/ /tu/ /ʌs/ /aʊr/ /drimz/ /tu/ /itʃ/ /mæn/ /əˈkɔrdɪŋ/ /tu/ /hɪz/ /drim/ /heɪ/ /dɪd/ /ɪnˈtɜrprət/
- [jnd] And
there was there with us a
Hebrew youth, a bondman of the captain of the life-guard, to whom we
told , and he interpreted to us our dreams; to each he interpreted
according to his dream.
- [kjv] And
there was there with us a
young man, an Hebrew, servant to the captain of the guard; and we told
him, and he interpreted to us our dreams; to each man according to his
dream he did interpret.
- [asv] And
it came to pass, as he interpreted to us, so it was; me he restored
unto mine office, and him he hanged.
- [snd] /ænd/ /ɪt/ /keɪm/ /tu/ /pæs/ /æz/ /heɪ/ /ɪnˈtɜrprətId/ /tu/ /ʌs/ /soʊ/ /ɪt/ /wɑz/ /mi/ /heɪ/ /rɪˈstɔrd/ /ˈʌntu/ /maɪn/ /ˈɔfɪs/ /ænd/ /hɪm/ /heɪ/ /hæŋd/
- [jnd] And
it came to pass, just as he interpreted to us, so it came about: me has
he restored to my office, and him he hanged.
- [kjv] And
it came to pass, as he interpreted to us, so it was; me he restored
unto mine office, and him he hanged.
- [asv] Then
Pharaoh sent and called Joseph, and they brought him hastily out of the
dungeon: and he shaved himself, and changed his raiment, and came in
unto Pharaoh.
- [snd] /ðen/ /fɛərɔʊ/ /sent/ /ænd/ /kɔld/ /dʒɔhsif/ /ænd/ /ðeɪ/ /brɔt/ /hɪm/ /'heistili/ /aʊt/ /əv/ /ðə/ /ˈdʌndʒən/ /ænd/ /heɪ/ /ʃeɪvd/ /hɪmˈself/ /ænd/ /tʃeɪndʒd/ /hɪz/ /reɪmənt/ /ænd/ /keɪm/ /ɪn/ /ˈʌntu/ /fɛərɔʊ/

Joseph; and they brought him hastily out of the dungeon. And he shaved
, and changed his clothes, and came in to Pharaoh.

Joseph, and they brought him hastily out of the dungeon: and he shaved
himself, and changed his raiment, and came in unto Pharaoh.
- [asv] And
Pharaoh said unto Joseph, I have dreamed a dream, and there is none
that can interpret it: and I have heard say of thee, that when thou
hearest a dream thou canst interpret it.
- [snd] /ænd/ /fɛərɔʊ/ /sed/ /ˈʌntu/ /dʒɔhsif/ /aɪ/ /hæv/ /drimd/ /eɪ/ /drim/ /ænd/ /ðer/ /ɪz/ /nʌn/ /ðæt/ /kæn/ /ɪnˈtɜrprət/ /ɪt/ /ænd/ /aɪ/ /hæv/ /hɜrd/ /seɪ/ /əv/ /θi/ /ðæt/ /wen/ /ðaʊ/ /hɪrst/ /eɪ/ /drim/ /ðaʊ/ /kænst/ /ɪnˈtɜrprət/ /ɪt/
- [jnd] And
Pharaoh said to Joseph, I
have dreamt a dream, and there is none to interpret it. And I have
heard say of thee, thou understandest a dream to interpret it.
- [kjv] And
Pharaoh said unto Joseph,
I have dreamed a dream, and there is none that can interpret it: and I
have heard say of thee, that thou canst understand a dream to interpret
it.
- [asv] And
Joseph answered Pharaoh, saying, It is not in me: God will give Pharaoh
an answer of peace.
- [snd] /ænd/ /dʒɔhsif/ /ˈænsərd/ /fɛərɔʊ/ /ˈseɪɪŋ/ /ɪt/ /ɪz/ /nɑt/ /ɪn/ /mi/ /ɡɑd/ /wɪl/ /ɡɪv/ /fɛərɔʊ/ /æn/ /ˈænsər/ /əv/ /pis/
- [jnd] And
Joseph answered Pharaoh, saying, It is not in me: God will give Pharaoh
an answer of peace.
- [kjv] And
Joseph answered Pharaoh, saying, It is not in me: God shall give
Pharaoh an answer of peace.
- [asv] And
Pharaoh spake unto Joseph, In my dream, behold, I stood upon the brink
of the river:
- [snd] /ænd/ /fɛərɔʊ/ /speɪk/ /ˈʌntu/ /dʒɔhsif/ /ɪn/ /maɪ/ /drim/ /bɪˈhoʊld/ /aɪ/ /stʊd/ /əˈpɑn/ /ðə/ /brɪŋk/ /əv/ /ðə/ /ˈrɪvər/
- [jnd] And
Pharaoh said to Joseph, In my dream, behold, I stood on the bank of the
river.
- [kjv] And
Pharaoh said unto Joseph, In my dream, behold, I stood upon the bank of
the river:
- [asv] and,
behold, there came up out of the river seven kine, fat-fleshed and
well-favored: and they fed in the reed-grass:
- [snd] /ænd/ /bɪˈhoʊld/ /ðer/ /keɪm/ /ʌp/ /aʊt/ /əv/ /ðə/ /ˈrɪvər/ /ˈsev(ə)n/ /kain/ /fæt/ /fleʃt/ /ænd/ /wel/ /ˈfeɪvərd/ /ænd/ /ðeɪ/ /fed/ /ɪn/ /ðə/ /rid/ /ɡræs/
- [jnd] And
behold, there came up out of the river seven kine, fat-fleshed and of
fine form, and they fed in the reed-grass.
- [kjv] And,
behold, there came up out of the river seven kine, fatfleshed and well
favoured; and they fed in a meadow:
- 41:19 [cbgb] 隨後又有七隻母牛上來、又軟弱、又醜陋、又乾瘦、在埃及遍地、我沒有見過這樣不好的。
- [asv] and,
behold, seven other kine came up after them, poor and very ill-favored
and lean-fleshed, such as I never saw in all the land of Egypt for
badness:
- [snd] /ænd/ /bɪˈhoʊld/ /ˈsev(ə)n/ /ˈʌðər/ /kain/ /keɪm/ /ʌp/ /ˈæftər/ /ðem/ /pʊr/ /ænd/ /ˈveri/ /ɪl/ /ˈfeɪvərd/ /ænd/ /lin/ /fleʃt/ /sʌtʃ/ /æz/ /aɪ/ /ˈnevər/ /sɔ/ /ɪn/ /ɔl/ /ðə/ /lænd/ /əv/ /'i:dʒipt/ /fɔr/ /'bædnis/
- [jnd] And
behold, seven other kine
came up after them, poor, and very ill-formed, and lean-fleshed -- such
as I never saw in all the land of Egypt for badness.
- [kjv] And,
behold, seven other kine
came up after them, poor and very ill favoured and leanfleshed, such as
I never saw in all the land of Egypt for badness:
- 41:20 [cbgb] 這又乾瘦、又醜陋的母牛、吃盡了那以先的七隻肥母牛。
- [asv] and
the lean and ill-favored kine did eat up the first seven fat kine:

- [jnd] And
the lean and bad kine ate up the seven first fat kine;
- [kjv] And
the lean and the ill favoured kine did eat up the first seven fat kine:
- 41:21 [cbgb] 吃了以後、卻看不出是吃了、那醜陋的樣子仍舊和先前一樣.我就醒了。
- [asv] and
when they had eaten them up, it could not be known that they had eaten
them; but they were still ill-favored, as at the beginning. So I awoke.
- [snd] /ænd/ /wen/ /ðeɪ/ /həd/ /ˈit(ə)n/ /ðem/ /ʌp/ /ɪt/ /kʊd/ /nɑt/ /bi/ /noʊn/ /ðæt/ /ðeɪ/ /həd/ /ˈit(ə)n/ /ðem/ /bʌt/ /ðeɪ/ /wɜr/ /stɪl/ /ɪl/ /ˈfeɪvərd/ /æz/ /æt/ /ðə/ /bɪˈɡɪnɪŋ/ /soʊ/ /aɪ/ /əˈwoʊk/
- [jnd] and
they came into their
belly, and it could not be known that they had come into their belly;
and their look was bad, as at the beginning. And I awoke.
- [kjv] And
when they had eaten them
up, it could not be known that they had eaten them; but they were still
ill favoured, as at the beginning. So I awoke.
- [asv] And
I saw in my dream, and, behold, seven ears came up upon one stalk, full

- [snd] /ænd/ /aɪ/ /sɔ/ /ɪn/ /maɪ/ /drim/ /ænd/ /bɪˈhoʊld/ /ˈsev(ə)n/ /ɪrz/ /keɪm/ /ʌp/ /əˈpɑn/ /wʌn/ /stɔk/ /fʊl/ /ænd/ /ɡʊd/
- [jnd] And
I saw in my dream, and behold, seven ears came up on one stalk, full

- [asv] and,
behold, seven ears, withered, thin, and blasted with the east wind,
sprung up after them:

behold, seven ears, withered, thin, and blasted with the east wind,
sprung up after them:
- 41:24 [cbgb] 這些細弱的穗子、吞了那七個佳美的穗子.我將這夢告訴了術士、卻沒有人能給我解說。
- [asv] and
the thin ears swallowed up the seven good ears: and I told it unto the
magicians; but there was none that could declare it to me.
- [snd] /ænd/ /ðə/ /θɪn/ /ɪrz/ /ˈswɑloʊd/ /ʌp/ /ðə/ /ˈsev(ə)n/ /ɡʊd/ /ɪrz/ /ænd/ /aɪ/ /toʊld/ /ɪt/ /ˈʌntu/ /ðə/ /məˈdʒɪʃ(ə)nz/ /bʌt/ /ðer/ /wɑz/ /nʌn/ /ðæt/ /kʊd/ /dɪˈkler/ /ɪt/ /tu/ /mi/
- [jnd] and
the thin ears devoured the seven good ears. And I told it to the
scribes; but there was none to make it known to me.
- [kjv] And
the thin ears devoured the
seven good ears: and I told this unto the magicians; but there was none
that could declare it to me.

Joseph said unto Pharaoh, The dream of Pharaoh is one: what God is
about to do he hath declared unto Pharaoh.

- [jnd] And
Joseph said to Pharaoh, The dream of Pharaoh is one. What God will do
he has made known to Pharaoh.
- [kjv] And
Joseph said unto Pharaoh, The dream of Pharaoh is one: God hath shewed
Pharaoh what he is about to do.

- [jnd] The
seven fine kine are seven years; and the seven good ears are seven
years: the dream is one.
- [kjv] The
seven good kine are seven years; and the seven good ears are seven
years: the dream is one.
- [asv] And
the seven lean and ill-favored kine that came up after them are seven
years, and also the seven empty ears blasted with the east wind; they
shall be seven years of famine.
- [snd] /ænd/ /ðə/ /ˈsev(ə)n/ /lin/ /ænd/ /ɪl/ /ˈfeɪvərd/ /kain/ /ðæt/ /keɪm/ /ʌp/ /ˈæftər/ /ðem/ /ɑr/ /ˈsev(ə)n/ /jɪrz/ /ænd/ /ˈɔlsoʊ/ /ðə/ /ˈsev(ə)n/ /ˈempti/ /ɪrz/ /ˈblæstəd/ /wɪð/ /ði/ /ist/ /wɪnd/ /ðeɪ/ /ʃæl/ /bi/ /ˈsev(ə)n/ /jɪrz/ /əv/ /ˈfæmɪn/

the seven thin and ill
favoured kine that came up after them are seven years; and the seven
empty ears blasted with the east wind shall be seven years of famine.
- [asv] That
is the thing which I spake unto Pharaoh: what God is about to do he
hath showed unto Pharaoh.
- [snd] /ðæt/ /ɪz/ /ðə/ /θɪŋ/ /wɪtʃ/ /aɪ/ /speɪk/ /ˈʌntu/ /fɛərɔʊ/ /wɑt/ /ɡɑd/ /ɪz/ /əˈbaʊt/ /tu/ /du/ /heɪ/ /hæθ/ /ʃoʊd/ /ˈʌntu/ /fɛərɔʊ/
- [jnd] This
is the word which I have spoken to Pharaoh: what God is about to do he
has let Pharaoh see.

he sheweth unto Pharaoh.
- 41:29 [cbgb]
