- [asv] Therefore
seeing we have this ministry, even as we obtained mercy, we faint not:
- [snd] /ˈðerfɔr/ /ˈsiɪŋ/ /wi/ /hæv/ /ðɪs/ /ˈmɪnɪstri/ /ˈiv(ə)n/ /æz/ /wi/ /əbˈteɪnd/ /ˈmɜrsi/ /wi/ /feɪnt/ /nɑt/
- [jnd] Therefore,
having this ministry, as we have had mercy shewn us, we faint not.
- [kjv] Therefore
seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not;
- [asv] but
we have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in
craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by the
manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's
conscience in the sight of God.
- [snd] /bʌt/ /wi/ /hæv/ /rɪˈnaʊnst/ /ðə/ /ˈhɪd(ə)n/ /θɪŋz/ /əv/ /ʃeɪm/ /nɑt/ /ˈwɔkɪŋ/ /ɪn/ /'krɑ:ftinis/ /nɔr/ /ˈhændlɪŋ/ /ðə/ /wɜrd/ /əv/ /ɡɑd/ /dɪˈsitfəlli/ /bʌt/ /baɪ/ /ðə/ /ˌmænɪfəˈsteɪʃ(ə)n/ /əv/ /ðə/ /truθ/ /kəˈmendɪŋ/ /aʊrˈselvz/ /tu/ /ˈevri/ /mæn/ /s/ /kæhn(t)ʃən(t)s/ /ɪn/ /ðə/ /saɪt/ /əv/ /ɡɑd/
- [jnd] But
we have rejected the
hidden things of shame, not walking in deceit, nor falsifying the word
of God, but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every
conscience of men before God.
- [kjv] But
have renounced the hidden
things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word
of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending
ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God.
- [asv] And
even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled in them that perish:
- [snd] /ænd/ /ˈiv(ə)n/ /ɪf/ /aʊr/ /ˈɡɑsp(ə)l/ /ɪz/ /veɪld/ /ɪt/ /ɪz/ /veɪld/ /ɪn/ /ðem/ /ðæt/ /ˈperɪʃ/
- [jnd] But
if also our gospel is veiled, it is veiled in those that are lost;
- [kjv] But
if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
- 4:4 [cbgb] 此等不信之人、被這世界的 神弄瞎了心眼、不叫基督榮耀福音的光照著他們.基督本是 神的像。
- [asv] in
whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of the unbelieving,
that the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image
of God, should not dawn upon them.
- [snd] /ɪn/ /hum/ /ðə/ /ɡɑd/ /əv/ /ðɪs/ /wɜrld/ /hæθ/ /blaɪndId/ /ðə/ /maɪndz/ /əv/ /ði/ ɪŋ/ /ðæt/ /ðə/ /laɪt/ /əv/ /ðə/ /ˈɡɑsp(ə)l/ /əv/ /ðə/ /ˈɡlɔri/ /əv/ /krai st/ /hu/ /ɪz/ /ði/ /ˈɪmɪdʒ/ /əv/ /ɡɑd/ /ʃʊd/ /nɑt/ /dɔn/ /əˈpɑn/ /ðem/
- [jnd] in
whom the god of this world
has blinded the thoughts of the unbelieving, so that the radiancy of
the glad tidings of the glory of the Christ, who is image of God,
should not shine forth .
- [kjv] In
whom the god of this world
hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the
glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto
them.
- [asv] For
we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus as Lord, and ourselves as
your servants for Jesus' sake.
- [snd] /fɔr/ /wi/ /pritʃ/ /nɑt/ /aʊrˈselvz/ /bʌt/ /krai st/ /ji'zəs/ /æz/ /lɔrd/ /ænd/ /aʊrˈselvz/ /æz/ /jʊr/ /ˈsɜrvənts/ /fɔr/ /ji'zəs/ /seɪk/
- [jnd] For
we do not preach ourselves, but Christ Jesus Lord, and ourselves your
bondmen for Jesus' sake.
- [kjv] For
we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your
servants for Jesus' sake.
- [asv] Seeing
it is God, that said, Light shall shine out of darkness, who shined in
our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in
the face of Jesus Christ.
- [snd] /ˈsiɪŋ/ /ɪt/ /ɪz/ /ɡɑd/ /ðæt/ /sed/ /laɪt/ /ʃæl/ /ʃaɪn/ /aʊt/ /əv/ /ˈdɑrknəs/ /hu/ /ʃaɪnd/ /ɪn/ /aʊr/ /hɑrts/ /tu/ /ɡɪv/ /ðə/ /laɪt/ /əv/ /ðə/ /ˈnɑlɪdʒ/ /əv/ /ðə/ /ˈɡlɔri/ /əv/ /ɡɑd/ /ɪn/ /ðə/ /feɪs/ /əv/ /ji'zəs/ /krai st/
- [jnd] Because
the God who spoke that
out of darkness light should shine who has shone in our hearts for the
shining forth of the knowledge of the glory of God in face of Christ.
- [kjv] For
God, who commanded the
light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the
light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
- [asv] But
we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the exceeding greatness
of the power may be of God, and not from ourselves;
- [snd] /bʌt/ /wi/ /hæv/ /ðɪs/ /ˈtreʒər/ /ɪn/ /ˈɜrθən/ /ˈves(ə)lz/ /ðæt/ /ði/ /ɪkˈsidɪŋ/ /ˈɡreɪtnəs/ /əv/ /ðə/ /ˈpaʊər/ /meɪ/ /bi/ /əv/ /ɡɑd/ /ænd/ /nɑt/ /frɑm/ /aʊrˈselvz/
- [jnd] But
we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the surpassingness of
the power may be of God, and not from us:
- [kjv] But
we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the
power may be of God, and not of us.
- [asv] we
are pressed on every side, yet not straitened; perplexed, yet not unto
despair;
- [snd] /wi/ /ɑr/ /prest/ /ɑn/ /ˈevri/ /saɪd/ /jet/ /nɑt/ /ˈstreɪt(ə)nd/ /pərˈplekst/ /jet/ /nɑt/ /ˈʌntu/ /dɪˈsper/
- [jnd] every
way afflicted, but not straitened; seeing no apparent issue, but our
way not entirely shut up;
- [kjv] We
are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but
not in despair;
- [asv] pursued,
yet not forsaken; smitten down, yet not destroyed;
- [snd] /pərˈsud/ /jet/ /nɑt/ /fərˈseɪkən/ /ˈsmɪt(ə)n/ /daʊn/ /jet/ /nɑt/ /dɪˈstrɔɪd/
- [jnd] persecuted,
but not abandoned; cast down, but not destroyed;
- [kjv] Persecuted,
but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;
- [asv] always
bearing about in the body the dying of Jesus, that the life also of
Jesus may be manifested in our body.
- [snd] /ˈɔlˌweɪz/ /ˈberɪŋ/ /əˈbaʊt/ /ɪn/ /ðə/ /ˈbɑdi/ /ðə/ /ˈdaɪɪŋ/ /əv/ /ji'zəs/ /ðæt/ /ðə/ /laɪf/ /ˈɔlsoʊ/ /əv/ /ji'zəs/ /meɪ/ /bi/ /ˈmænɪˌfestId/ /ɪn/ /aʊr/ /ˈbɑdi/
- [jnd] always
bearing about in the body the dying of Jesus, that the life also of
Jesus may be manifested in our body;
- [kjv] Always
bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life
also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body.
- [asv] For
we who live are always delivered unto death for Jesus' sake, that the
life also of Jesus may be manifested in our mortal flesh.
- [snd] /fɔr/ /wi/ /hu/ /lɪv/ /ɑr/ /ˈɔlˌweɪz/ /dɪˈlɪvərd/ /ˈʌntu/ /deθ/ /fɔr/ /ji'zəs/ /seɪk/ /ðæt/ /ðə/ /laɪf/ /ˈɔlsoʊ/ /əv/ /ji'zəs/ /meɪ/ /bi/ /ˈmænɪˌfestId/ /ɪn/ /aʊr/ /ˈmɔrt(ə)l/ /fleʃ/
- [jnd] for
we who live are always
delivered unto death on account of Jesus, that the life also of Jesus
may be manifested in our mortal flesh;
- [kjv] For
we which live are alway
delivered unto death for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus might
be made manifest in our mortal flesh.
- [asv] So
then death worketh in us, but life in you.
- [snd] /soʊ/ /ðen/ /deθ/ /wɜrkθ/ /ɪn/ /ʌs/ /bʌt/ /laɪf/ /ɪn/ /ju/
- [jnd] so
that death works in us, but life in you.
- [kjv] So
then death worketh in us, but life in you.
- [asv] But
having the same spirit of faith, according to that which is written, I
believed, and therefore did I speak; we also believe, and therefore
also we speak;
- [snd] /bʌt/ /hævɪŋ/ /ðə/ /seɪm/ /ˈspɪrɪt/ /əv/ /feɪθ/ /əˈkɔrdɪŋ/ /tu/ /ðæt/ /wɪtʃ/ /ɪz/ /ˈrɪt(ə)n/ /aɪ/ /bɪˈlivd/ /ænd/ /ˈðerfɔr/ /dɪd/ /aɪ/ /spik/ /wi/ /ˈɔlsoʊ/ /bɪˈliv/ /ænd/ /ˈðerfɔr/ /ˈɔlsoʊ/ /wi/ /spik/
- [jnd] And
having the same spirit of
faith, according to what is written, I have believed, therefore have I
spoken; *we* also believe, therefore also we speak;
- [kjv] We
having the same spirit of
faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I
spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;
- [asv] knowing
that he that raised up the Lord Jesus shall raise up us also with
Jesus, and shall present us with you.
- [snd] /ˈnoʊɪŋ/ /ðæt/ /heɪ/ /ðæt/ /reɪzd/ /ʌp/ /ðə/ /lɔrd/ /ji'zəs/ /ʃæl/ /reɪz/ /ʌp/ /ʌs/ /ˈɔlsoʊ/ /wɪð/ /ji'zəs/ /ænd/ /ʃæl/ /ˈprezənt/ /ʌs/ /wɪð/ /ju/
- [jnd] knowing
that he who has raised the Lord Jesus shall raise us also with Jesus,
and shall present with you.
- [kjv] Knowing
that he which raised up the Lord Jesus shall raise up us also by Jesus,
and shall present us with you.
- [asv] For
all things are for your sakes, that the grace, being multiplied through
the many, may cause the thanksgiving to abound unto the glory of God.
- [snd] /fɔr/ /ɔl/ /θɪŋz/ /ɑr/ /fɔr/ /jʊr/ /seɪks/ /ðæt/ /ðə/ /ɡreɪs/ /biɪŋ/ d/ /θru/ /ðə/ /ˈmeni/ /meɪ/ /kɔz/ /ðə/ /ˈθæŋksˌɡɪvɪŋ/ /tu/ /əˈbaʊnd/ /ˈʌntu/ /ðə/ /ˈɡlɔri/ /əv/ /ɡɑd/
- [jnd] For
all things for your sakes,
that the grace abounding through the many may cause thanksgiving to
abound to the glory of God.
- [kjv] For
all things are for your sakes, that the abundant grace might through
the thanksgiving of many redound to the glory of God.
- [asv] Wherefore
we faint not; but though our outward man is decaying, yet our inward
man is renewed day by day.
- [snd] /ˈwerfɔr/ /wi/ /feɪnt/ /nɑt/ /bʌt/ /ðoʊ/ /aʊr/ /ˈaʊtwərd/ /mæn/ /ɪz/ /dɪˈkeɪɪŋ/ /jet/ /aʊr/ /ˈɪnwərd/ /mæn/ /ɪz/ /rɪˈnud/ /deɪ/ /baɪ/ /deɪ/
- [jnd] Wherefore
we faint not; but if indeed our outward man is consumed, yet the inward
is renewed day by day.
- [kjv] For
which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the
inward man is renewed day by day.
- [asv] For
our light affliction, which is for the moment, worketh for us more and
more exceedingly an eternal weight of glory;
- [snd] /fɔr/ /aʊr/ /laɪt/ /əˈflɪkʃ(ə)n/ /wɪtʃ/ /ɪz/ /fɔr/ /ðə/ /ˈmoʊmənt/ /wɜrkθ/ /fɔr/ /ʌs/ /mɔr/ /ænd/ /mɔr/ /ɪkˈsidɪŋli/ /æn/ /ɪˈtɜrn(ə)l/ /weɪt/ /əv/ /ˈɡlɔri/
- [jnd] For
our momentary light affliction works for us in surpassing measure an
eternal weight of glory;
- [kjv] For
our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far
more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;
- [asv] while
we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are
not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things
which are not seen are eternal.
- [snd] /waɪl/ /wi/ /lʊk/ /nɑt/ /æt/ /ðə/ /θɪŋz/ /wɪtʃ/ /ɑr/ /sin/ /bʌt/ /æt/ /ðə/ /θɪŋz/ /wɪtʃ/ /ɑr/ /nɑt/ /sin/ /fɔr/ /ðə/ /θɪŋz/ /wɪtʃ/ /ɑr/ /sin/ /ɑr/ /ˈtemp(ə)rəl/ /bʌt/ /ðə/ /θɪŋz/ /wɪtʃ/ /ɑr/ /nɑt/ /sin/ /ɑr/ /ɪˈtɜrn(ə)l/
- [jnd] while
we look not at the
things that are seen, but at the things that are not seen; for the
things that are seen for a time, but those that are not seen eternal.
- [kjv] While
we look not at the
things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the
things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen
are eternal.
