    • [jnd]   And lo, an angel of Lord came there, and a light shone in the prison: and having smitten the side of Peter, he roused him up, saying, Rise up quickly. And his chains fell off his hands.

    • [jnd]   And having passed through a first and second guard, they came to the iron gate which leads into the city, which opened to them of itself; and going forth they went down one street, and immediately the angel left him.

  11. 12:11 [cbgb]   彼得醒悟過來、說、我現在真知道主差遣他的使者、救我脫離希律的手、和猶太百姓一切所盼望的。
    • [asv]   And when Peter was come to himself, he said, Now I know of a truth, that the Lord hath sent forth his angel and delivered me out of the hand of Herod, and from all the expectation of the people of the Jews.

    • [jnd]   And Peter, being come to himself, said, Now I know certainly that Lord has sent forth his angel and has taken me out of the hand of Herod and all the expectation of the people of the Jews.
    • [kjv]   And when Peter was come to himself, he said, Now I know of a surety, that the LORD hath sent his angel, and hath delivered me out of the hand of Herod, and from all the expectation of the people of the Jews.

  13. 12:13 [cbgb]   彼得敲外門、有一個使女、名叫羅大出來探聽．
    • [asv]   And when he knocked at the door of the gate, a maid came to answer, named Rhoda.

  14. 12:14 [cbgb]   聽得是彼得的聲音、就歡喜的顧不得開門、跑進去告訴眾人說、彼得站在門外。
    • [asv]   And when she knew Peter's voice, she opened not the gate for joy, but ran in, and told that Peter stood before the gate.

    • [asv]   And they said unto her, Thou art mad. But she confidently affirmed that it was even so. And they said, It is his angel.

    • [asv]   But he, beckoning unto them with the hand to hold their peace, declared unto them how the Lord had brought him forth out of the prison. And he said, Tell these things unto James, and to the brethren. And he departed, and went to another place.

    • [jnd]   And having made a sign to them with his hand to be silent, he related how the Lord had brought him out of prison; and he said, Report these things to James and to the brethren. And he went out and went to another place.

  18. 12:18 [cbgb]   到了天亮、兵丁擾亂得很、不知道彼得往那裏去了。
    • [asv]   Now as soon as it was day, there was no small stir among the soldiers, what was become of Peter.

    • [jnd]   And when it was day there was no small disturbance among the soldiers, what then was become of Peter.

  19. 12:19 [cbgb]   希律找他、找不著、就審問看守的人、吩咐把他們拉去殺了。後來希律離開猶太、下該撒利亞去、住在那裏。
    • [asv]   And when Herod had sought for him, and found him not, he examined the guards, and commanded that they should be put to death. And he went down from Judaea to Caesarea, and tarried there.

    • [jnd]   And Herod having sought him and not found him, having examined the guards, commanded to be executed. And he went down from Judaea to Caesarea and stayed .
    • [kjv]   And when Herod had sought for him, and found him not, he examined the keepers, and commanded that they should be put to death. And he went down from Judaea to Caesarea, and there abode.

    • [asv]   Now he was highly displeased with them of Tyre and Sidon: and they came with one accord to him, and, having made Blastus the king's chamberlain their friend, they asked for peace, because their country was fed from the king's country.

    • [jnd]   And he was in bitter hostility with Tyrians and Sidonians; but they came to him with one accord, and, having gained Blastus the king's chamberlain, sought peace, because their country was nourished by the king's.
    • [kjv]   And Herod was highly displeased with them of Tyre and Sidon: but they came with one accord to him, and, having made Blastus the king's chamberlain their friend, desired peace; because their country was nourished by the king's country.

  22. 12:22 [cbgb]   百姓喊著說、這是　神的聲音、不是人的聲音。
    • [asv]   And the people shouted, saying, The voice of a god, and not of a man.

    • [asv]   And immediately an angel of the Lord smote him, because he gave not God the glory: and he was eaten of worms, and gave up the ghost.
