    • [asv]   For it seemed good to the Holy Spirit, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things:
    • [snd]   /fɔr/ /ɪt/ /simd/ /ɡʊd/ /tu/ /ðə/ /ˈhoʊli/ /ˈspɪrɪt/ /ænd/ /tu/ /ʌs/ /tu/ /leɪ/ /əˈpɑn/ /ju/ /nɔh/ /ɡreɪtər/ /ˈbɜrd(ə)n/ /ðæn/ /ðiz/ /ˈnesəˌseri/ /θɪŋz/
    • [jnd]   For it has seemed good to the Holy Spirit and to us to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things:
    • [kjv]   For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things;

    • [jnd]   to abstain from things sacrificed to idols, and from blood, and from what is strangled, and from fornication; keeping yourselves from which ye will do well. Farewell.
    • [kjv]   That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.
    • [asv]   So they, when they were dismissed, came down to Antioch; and having gathered the multitude together, they delivered the epistle.
    • [snd]   /soʊ/ /ðeɪ/ /wen/ /ðeɪ/ /wɜr/ /dɪsˈmɪst/ /keɪm/ /daʊn/ /tu/ /æntiɔk/ /ænd/ /hævɪŋ/ /ˈɡæðərd/ /ðə/ /ˈmʌltɪˌtud/ /təˈɡeðər/ /ðeɪ/ /dɪˈlɪvərd/ /ði/ /ɪpaisəl/
    • [jnd]   They therefore, being let go, came to Antioch, and having gathered the multitude delivered to the epistle.
    • [kjv]   So when they were dismissed, they came to Antioch: and when they had gathered the multitude together, they delivered the epistle:
  31. 15:31 [cbgb]   眾人念了、因為信上安慰的話、就歡喜了。
    • [asv]   And when they had read it, they rejoiced for the consolation.
    • [snd]   /ænd/ /wen/ /ðeɪ/ /həd/ /rid/ /ɪt/ /ðeɪ/ /rɪˈdʒɔɪst/ /fɔr/ /ði/ /ˌkɑnsəˈleɪʃ(ə)n/
    • [jnd]   And having read it, they rejoiced at the consolation.
    • [kjv]   Which when they had read, they rejoiced for the consolation.
    • [asv]   And Judas and Silas, being themselves also prophets, exhorted the brethren with many words, and confirmed them.
    • [snd]   /ænd/ /dʒudəs/ /ænd/ /'sailəsz// /biɪŋ/ /ðəmˈselvz/ /ˈɔlsoʊ/ /ˈprɑfɪts/ /ɪɡˈzɔrtId/ /ðə/ /ˈbreðrən/ /wɪð/ /ˈmeni/ /wɜrdz/ /ænd/ /kənˈfɜrmd/ /ðem/
    • [jnd]   And Judas and Silas, being themselves also prophets, exhorted the brethren with much discourse, and strengthened them.
    • [kjv]   And Judas and Silas, being prophets also themselves, exhorted the brethren with many words, and confirmed them.
    • [asv]   And after they had spent some time there, they were dismissed in peace from the brethren unto those that had sent them forth.
    • [snd]   /ænd/ /ˈæftər/ /ðeɪ/ /həd/ /spent/ /sʌm/ /taɪm/ /ðer/ /ðeɪ/ /wɜr/ /dɪsˈmɪst/ /ɪn/ /pis/ /frɑm/ /ðə/ /ˈbreðrən/ /ˈʌntu/ /ðoʊz/ /ðæt/ /həd/ /sent/ /ðem/ /fɔrθ/
    • [jnd]   And having passed some time , they were let go in peace from the brethren to those who sent them.
    • [kjv]   And after they had tarried there a space, they were let go in peace from the brethren unto the apostles.
    • [asv]   But it seemed good unto Silas to abide there.

    • [asv]   But Paul and Barnabas tarried in Antioch, teaching and preaching the word of the Lord, with many others also.
    • [snd]   /bʌt/ /pɔ:l/ /ænd/ /bæhrnəbəs/ d/ /ɪn/ /æntiɔk/ /ˈtitʃɪŋ/ /ænd/ /pritʃɪŋ/ /ðə/ /wɜrd/ /əv/ /ðə/ /lɔrd/ /wɪð/ /ˈmeni/ /ˈʌðərz/ /ˈɔlsoʊ/
    • [jnd]   But after certain days Paul said to Barnabas, Let us return now and visit the brethren in every city where we have announced the word of the Lord, how they are getting on.
    • [kjv]   Paul also and Barnabas continued in Antioch, teaching and preaching the word of the Lord, with many others also.
    • [asv]   And after some days Paul said unto Barnabas, Let us return now and visit the brethren in every city wherein we proclaimed the word of the Lord, and see how they fare.
    • [snd]   /ænd/ /ˈæftər/ /sʌm/ /deɪz/ /pɔ:l/ /sed/ /ˈʌntu/ /bæhrnəbəs/ /let/ /ʌs/ /rɪˈtɜrn/ /naʊ/ /ænd/ /ˈvɪzɪt/ /ðə/ /ˈbreðrən/ /ɪn/ /ˈevri/ /ˈsɪti/ /werˈɪn/ /wi/ /prəˈkleɪmd/ /ðə/ /wɜrd/ /əv/ /ðə/ /lɔrd/ /ænd/ /si/ /haʊ/ /ðeɪ/ /fer/
    • [jnd]   And Barnabas proposed to take with John also, called Mark;

    • [jnd]   There arose therefore very warm feeling, so that they separated from one another; and Barnabas taking Mark sailed away to Cyprus;
    • [kjv]   But Paul thought not good to take him with them, who departed from them from Pamphylia, and went not with them to the work.
