LIFE FOR THE BODY
1. Life for the
body thro' His blood,
Saved in our
spirit, body, soul;
Christ did not die
to save apart,
But has redeemed
and claims the whole.

Take life from
Jesus every day,
Trust in His
promise and obey;
Receive His
strength from day to day,
Praise Him thro'out
our pilgrim way.
2. Life for the
body thro' His word,
That word which
speaks in living pow'r;
That word which
form'd the worlds of space,
Can give to us new
life each hour.
3. Life for the
body from above,
Life thro' the
Spirit's quick'ning breath;
Healed by the
resurrection life
That raised our blessed Lord from death.
