  1. 17:1 [cbgb]   拿著七碗的七位天使中、有一位前來對我說、你到這裏來、我將坐在眾水上的大淫婦所要受的刑罰指給你看．

  8. 17:8 [cbgb]   你所看見的獸、先前有、如今沒有．將要從無底坑裏上來、又要歸於沉淪。凡住在地上名字從創世以來沒有記在生命冊上的、見先前有、如今沒有、以後再有的獸、就必希奇。
    • [asv]   The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and is about to come up out of the abyss, and to go into perdition. And they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, they whose name hath not been written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast, how that he was, and is not, and shall come.

    • [jnd]   The beast which thou sawest was, and is not, and is about to come up out of the abyss and go into destruction: and they who dwell on the earth, whose names are not written from the founding of the world in the book of life, shall wonder, seeing the beast, that it was, and is not, and shall be present.

    • [asv]   These shall war against the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them, for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings; and they also shall overcome that are with him, called and chosen and faithful.

  16. 17:16 [cbgb]   你所看見的那十角、與獸、必恨這淫婦、使他冷落赤身．又要吃他的肉、用火將他燒盡。
    • [asv]   And the ten horns which thou sawest, and the beast, these shall hate the harlot, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and shall burn her utterly with fire.
