  1. 13:1 [cbgb]   我又看見一個獸從海中上來、有十角七頭、在十角上戴著十個冠冕、七頭上有褻瀆的名號。
    • [asv]   and he stood upon the sand of the sea. And I saw a beast coming up out of the sea, having ten horns, and seven heads, and on his horns ten diadems, and upon his heads names of blasphemy.

    • [asv]   And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his throne, and great authority.

    • [jnd]   And the beast which I saw was like to a leopardess, and its feet as of a bear, and its mouth as a lion's mouth; and the dragon gave to it his power, and his throne, and great authority;

  4. 13:4 [cbgb]   又拜那龍、因為他將自己的權柄給了獸．也拜獸說、誰能比這獸、誰能與他交戰呢。
    • [asv]   and they worshipped the dragon, because he gave his authority unto the beast; and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? And who is able to war with him?

    • [jnd]   And they did homage to the dragon, because he gave the authority to the beast; and they did homage to the beast, saying, Who like to the beast? and who can make war with it?

  5. 13:5 [cbgb]   又賜給他說誇大褻瀆話的口．又有權柄賜給他、可以任意而行四十二個月。
    • [asv]   and there was given to him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and there was given to him authority to continue forty and two months.

    • [jnd]   And there was given to it a mouth, speaking great things and blasphemies; and there was given to it authority to pursue its career forty-two months.

  6. 13:6 [cbgb]   獸就開口向　神說褻瀆的話、褻瀆　神的名、並他的帳幕、以及那些住在天上的。
    • [asv]   And he opened his mouth for blasphemies against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, even them that dwell in the heaven.

  7. 13:7 [cbgb]   又任憑他與聖徒爭戰、並且得勝．也把權柄賜給他、制伏各族各民各方各國。
    • [asv]   And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and there was given to him authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation.

  8. 13:8 [cbgb]   凡住在地上、名字從創世以來、沒有記在被殺之羔羊生命冊上的人、都要拜他。
    • [asv]   And all that dwell on the earth shall worship him, every one whose name hath not been written from the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb that hath been slain.

    • [jnd]   and all that dwell on the earth shall do it homage, whose name had not been written from founding of world in the book of life of the slain Lamb.
    • [kjv]   And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
  9. 13:9 [cbgb]   凡有耳的、就應當聽。
    • [asv]   If any man hath an ear, let him hear.

  10. 13:10 [cbgb]   擄掠人的必被擄掠．用刀殺人的、必被刀殺。聖徒的忍耐和信心、就是在此。
    • [asv]   If any man is for captivity, into captivity he goeth: if any man shall kill with the sword, with the sword must he be killed. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.

    • [jnd]   If any one into captivity, he goes into captivity. If any one shall kill with sword, he must with sword be killed. Here is the endurance and the faith of the saints.
    • [kjv]   He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.
  11. 13:11 [cbgb]   我又看見另有一個獸從地中上來．有兩角如同羊羔、說話好像龍。
    • [asv]   And I saw another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like unto lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
    • [snd]   /ænd/ /aɪ/ /sɔ/ /əˈnʌðər/ /bist/ /ˈkʌmɪŋ/ /ʌp/ /aʊt/ /əv/ /ði/ /ɜrθ/ /ænd/ /heɪ/ /həd/ /tu/ /hɔrnz/ /laɪk/ /ˈʌntu/ /læm/ /ænd/ /heɪ/ /speɪk/ /æz/ /eɪ/
    • [jnd]   And I saw another beast rising out of the earth; and it had two horns like to a lamb, and spake as a dragon;
    • [kjv]   And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
  12. 13:12 [cbgb]   他在頭一個獸面前、施行頭一個獸所有的權柄．並且叫地和住在地上的人、拜那死傷醫好的頭一個獸。
    • [asv]   And he exerciseth all the authority of the first beast in his sight. And he maketh the earth and them dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose death-stroke was healed.

  13. 13:13 [cbgb]   又行大奇事、甚至在人面前、叫火從天降在地上。
    • [asv]   And he doeth great signs, that he should even make fire to come down out of heaven upon the earth in the sight of men.

  14. 13:14 [cbgb]   他因賜給他權柄在獸面前能行奇事、就迷惑住在地上的人、說、要給那受刀傷還活著的獸作個像。
    • [asv]   And he deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by reason of the signs which it was given him to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast who hath the stroke of the sword and lived.

    • [jnd]   And it deceives those that dwell upon the earth by reason of the signs which it was given to it to work before the beast, saying to those that dwell upon the earth to make an image to the beast, which has the wound of the sword, and lived.
    • [kjv]   And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
  15. 13:15 [cbgb]   又有權柄賜給他叫獸像有生氣、並且能說話、又叫所有不拜獸像的人都被殺害。
    • [asv]   And it was given unto him to give breath to it, even to the image to the breast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as should not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

  16. 13:16 [cbgb]   他又叫眾人、無論大小貧富、自主的為奴的、都在右手上、或是在額上、受一個印記。
    • [asv]   And he causeth all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free and the bond, that there be given them a mark on their right hand, or upon their forehead;

    • [jnd]   And it causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free and the bondmen, that they should give them a mark upon their right hand or upon their forehead;

  17. 13:17 [cbgb]   除了那受印記、有了獸名、或有獸名數目的、都不得作買賣。
    • [asv]   and that no man should be able to buy or to sell, save he that hath the mark, even the name of the beast or the number of his name.

    • [asv]   Here is wisdom. He that hath understanding, let him count the number of the beast; for it is the number of a man: and his number is Six hundred and sixty and six.
